The Creator's Pocket World

The first golden sunlight spills over the rolling green hills of your pocket world, gilding the treetops of an ancient forest and catching the shoulders of 12 cold, huddled humans clustered at the mouth of the world’s only cave.

They tug tattered animal hides around their frames, chittering soft, unformed sounds to one another, no shared language to name their fear or wonder at the new world around them.

As you lean into your divine perspective, you can parse the simple charcoal marks they scratch into flat river rocks, each tiny drawing a window into their first day of existence:

Mia, a curious 19-year-old with a knack for spotting edible plants, scratches a cluster of round red shapes next to a wiggly line leading east from the cave.

She keeps glancing toward the treeline, where a thick patch of wild berries grows just out of the group’s sight.

Leo, a cautious 22-year-old who gravitates toward stacking heavy stones and branches, repeatedly draws a solid wall of wood and hides stretched across the cave mouth, tapping his drawing firmly to signal it would block the chill evening wind.
