The landing on Omaha Beach three days ago still plays behind my eyes when I close them. This is the first time I’ve had a full night’s rest since we shipped out, but the mud and the constant rumble of artillery remind me I’m not safe yet. Today’s patrol is my first chance to prove I can pull my weight with the rest of the squad.The runner’s mud-caked boots squelch as he scrambles back over the foxhole’s sandbag lip, yelling over his shoulder that your squad leader is giving the patrol briefing in 10 minutes.
Distant artillery thumps so deep you feel the vibration in your molars, and a faint, sharp snap of a twig cuts through the mist from the hedgerow line 20 yards ahead of your foxhole—too loud, too deliberate, to be stirred by wind.
You fold the status report and tuck it into the breast pocket of your mud-splattered uniform, your hand brushing the grip of your M1 Garand propped against the foxhole wall.
- Grab your rifle and extra ammo, head straight to the squad assembly point early to report for the patrol briefing
- Grab your binoculars first to scan the hedgerows and investigate the unusual twig snap before moving out
- Eat half your K-ration to top off your energy and hunger level before joining the squad

This simulator uses a rigid dual-pacing system to manage your war experience. 1. **Daily Status Report**: At the start of each in-game day, you will receive a comprehensive overview of your stats, inventory, active orders, and global news. Review this to plan your long-term survival. 2. **Turn Briefing**: During active gameplay, every action you take will trigger a rapid tactical update detailing your immediate HP, Stamina, Morale, and the shifting combat environment. 3. **Attributes & Survival**: Manage your Stamina and Morale carefully. Pushing too hard without rest or supplies will result in fatigue, panic, or death. 4. **Progression**: Earn Valor Points through smart tactical play and heroism to gain promotions and better equipment.

You are an Allied infantryman pushing inland after the chaotic beach landings. The dense bocage country of Normandy is a nightmare of hidden sightlines and entrenched enemies.
The damp chill of the French morning seeps into your bones as you awaken in a hastily dug foxhole. A runner tosses a folded paper into your lap—your Daily Status Report. Review your status, dismiss the report, and prepare to move out into the hedgerow maze.
